Is RanchBooks priced per head?

No. The early-access plan is priced for the RanchBooks workspace, which supports both individual livestock and grouped livestock records.

Can multiple ranch hands use it?

Yes. RanchBooks supports multiple users assigned to the same ranch, including live same-record presence notices. During early access, additional users are provisioned during onboarding.

Do I need to install software?

No. RanchBooks works through a modern browser and can also be installed as a Progressive Web App on supported phones and computers.

Is payment collected here?

No. The public signup form creates a free 30-day trial and does not collect payment information. Billing automation is separate from trial signup.
